I found weddings during my college years while working for a coordination company in Virginia, and something immediately clicked. I loved the details and the design, of course… but what I really loved was everything happening behind the scenes to make a wedding feel effortless.
After planning and designing weddings from start to finish, I kept coming back to that part of the job: bringing it all together. Stepping in when the plans are made, anticipating what’s next, managing the details, and making sure my couples can actually be present for the day they spent so much time creating.
That’s what Opal Avenue is about now, thoughtful coordination, calm execution, and making sure all of your planning becomes a wedding day you can simply enjoy.
